BERLIN (Sputnik) – A new ceasefire came into force in Ukraine's southeast on September 14.
“Presently, the situation in the security sphere is deteriorating again, the ceasefire regime is being violated more and more frequently,” Steinmeier said speaking at the Bundestag, adding that local residents were the ones suffering.
The foreign ministers of the member states of the Normandy Four format on Ukrainian reconciliation may take place on November 29 in the Belarusian capital of Minsk, he added.
