MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry plan to meet on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) ministerial session in Peru, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said Wednesday.

"The meeting is scheduled for [Thursday] November 17 local time. It will be late November 18 in Moscow," Ryabkov said.

He specified that the diplomats plan to discuss a range of issues on the bilateral agenda, including Washington's sanctions targeting Russia, in addition to the situation in Aleppo, Syria.
