'Lamentably': Kremlin Says Minsk Deal Implementation Stalling

The situation regarding the implementation of the Minsk agreements on the Ukrainian reconciliation remains lamentable, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

NEW YORK (Sputnik) – Talking to RIA Novosti, Peskov hinted at the side that is hampering the implementation of the agreements.

"We use the Minsk agreements as a basis in the Ukrainian reconciliation. The situation regarding the implementation of the Minsk agreements remains lamentable. More and more countries understand who is responsible for not implementing [them]," he said.
