US Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has an over 50% chance of winning in the US presidential election, The New York Times projects.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – According to the newspaper’s forecast, Trump hast a 58% chance of winning in the election.

According to the CNN count, Trump is currently ahead of his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton with over 49 percent of the votes, against Clinton’s 46.7%.
