A strong campaign by HRC has hit a rough patch as the race to the end comes to a close. Wikileaks, emails, perverts and underage sexting could be her undoing. Or could it?

The owner of a popular local tavern usually took his pet with him to watch his favorite game as a form of good luck and maybe as sort of an official mascot. Usually, the crowds of people were happy to see both the man and the goat, but today, for some reason, the crowd was fickle. Maybe it was the general spirit of the people that day, or maybe the man had feed the goat something different. Whatever it was, they turned on the man and asked him to take his pet and leave. Refusing to do so, the people appealed to a higher authority, and eventually, the man asked to leave “because of his smelly goat”. Taking offense, he left in a huff, shouting on the way out that — “You are going to lose this World Series and you are going to never win another World Series again because you insulted my goat.” And with that, the Curse of the Billy Goat was cast. For more than 71 years, the curse remained, despite numerous desperate attempts to lift it. Last night, however, the Cubs were able to finally overcome it despite all odds, when they were able to come back from being down 3 games to 1, eventually winning in the 7th game, with extra innings to boot. Of course, many say that the Cubs winning it all is one of the signs of the apocalypse — that the end of the world is near.

Now, while the Cubs winning might not be a sign of impending doom for the planet, it just might be a bad omen for Hillary Clinton, and her bid to become the next President of the United States. The last week has seen her campaign hit a rough patch. Sensing this, Business Insider noted that –“President Barack Obama delivered an impassioned plea to voters in North Carolina to vote next week and reject the candidacy of Republican nominee Donald Trump.” Obama was quoted as saying — “We won't win this election, potentially, if we don't win North Carolina. I hate to put a little pressure on you, but the fate of the republic rests on your shoulders. The fate of the world is teetering."

Going one step even further, Variety ran a story noting that — “As … (the date gets closer), Hollywood Alarm Grows Over Prospect of Donald Trump Victory”. In that article, it was noted that — “The mood in Hollywood this week is one of concern, worry and even abject fear — and it all centers on one question: Could Donald Trump pull off an upset on Tuesday?” Delving further into it, one guy was quoted as saying — “I’m … terrified. If Trump were to win we will see a dismantling of our democracy we cannot imagine. I know that sounds dramatic but I think it’s a safe bet. I’m hoping silent sane Americans rise up to stamp down this ugliness. At the end of the day I still believe humans are getting better and smarter and that Trump is a burp from a bygone era.”

And what would have people terrified? The latest poll from Rasmussen noted that-“Republican Donald Trump has a three-point lead in Rasmussen Reports’ White House Watch survey. Among voters who are certain how they will vote, Trump now has over 50% support. Clinton and Trump have been tied for the previous two days.  This is the first time Trump’s been ahead in the White House Watch in nearly two weeks, but it remains to be seen whether this is the start of a trend or a one-day hiccup.” The poll noted many things, but one interesting point was — “Eighty-eight percent of voters say they are now certain how they will vote. Among these voters, Trump has a 10-point lead over Clinton – 53% to 43%.” That’s right. Trump is seemingly leading in the polls as we get closer to Election Day.

Now what could have people changing their minds? In fact, not only changing their minds, but actually changing their ballots as Daily Caller noted that — “Google Searches For Change Early Vote Surge”. The article there continued by noting that-“Americans’ interest in changing their “early votes” has increased in recent days.” And what could have changed in recent days? Well, the article also noted that-“….. conspicuously surging the day FBI Director James Comey announced that his agency would be probing more emails related to its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s handling of classified information.” That’s right. James Comey, the FBI director who said not too long ago that – “ …no reasonable prosecutor' would bring a case against Clinton for emails…” has announced that — “…the FBI would be reopening its investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server.” And why would Comey reopen the investigation?

The BBC wrote that — “The latest emails were found in a separate investigation into allegations that former congressman Anthony Weiner sent illicit text messages to a 15-year-old girl in North Carolina. Mr. Weiner is married to top Clinton aide, Huma Abedin.” That’s right. Anthony Weiner, the pervert, who recently checked himself into a sex addiction treatment center in a bid to either hide from the public or delay the investigation into him. But, really, we want to who is Huma Abedin?

That, of course is a topic for another long story, but the question remains. In short, she was born in America and lived there until the age of two. Then, as Breitbart noted — “the family moved to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. She lived there until she was seventeen. She returned to the U.S., studied at George Washington University. Two years later she, along with Monica Lewinsky, became interns at the White House under Bill and Hillary Clinton.” Over time, Huma and Hillary became close, and it was said that Huma was Hillary’s right hand woman.

So, back to the emails, and the BBC noted that — “The FBI has reportedly obtained a warrant to search the cache of emails belonging to Ms Abedin, which are believed to have been found on her estranged husband's laptop. There are reportedly 650,000 emails to search through on the laptop…” That’s right. This huge number of emails has been called — “the motherlode”. Pundits are speculating what, if anything, they will reveal. And what will happen then? Well, only time will tell.

As we head into the final stretch of the US presidential elections, many people are beginning to realize that some of these issues should have been brought up long ago. Instead of asking the media to perform a so-called “vetting process of the candidates”, the people themselves are beginning to stand up and take ask these questions. Who is the real Hillary? Who is Huma Abedin? Who is the real Donald Trump?

So, what do you think dear listeners, “Will the ruth about the candidates finally come out?”
