GUANGZHOU (China) (Sputnik) – Russia offers China to consider the possibility of creating a cloud storage system as well as to develop cooperation in the sphere of internet technologies, Alexey Volin, Deputy Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications, said on Saturday.

“We need cooperation in the sphere of data storage, especially on internet exchange points that are located in Russia.
