All the participants of the Berlin meeting of the Normandy format admitted that there was no alternative to the Minsk agreements on the Ukrainian settlement, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Saturday.

YUZHNO-SAKHALINSK (Sputnik) – Peskov also noted, that the ministers and assistants of the heads of states will hold a meeting within a month, and continue to elaborate the roadmap despite the dates, set in the agreements, already expired.

“Well, first of all, it is necessary to admit that the Minsk agreements, of course, have not been implemented. Most of the provisions, especially, the political part, are up to Ukraine to implement,” Peskov told “Vesti v Subbotu” news program.
