An underground factory and probably even a whole industrial complex of the Third Reich could be located near the site where the train is said to be potentially "burried", reports say.
"We have been receiving calls from people from abroad, those who lived here and emigrated as well as their descendants. We have corresponding reports from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany," one of the searchers Peter Koper said, cited by Polish television channel TVN24.
Nevertheless, the search is still going on, with the adventurers not giving up their hopes for finding the mysterious train. Some of them say that due to the wide coverage in the media, they started receiving potentially valuable information from people around the world, who claimed to have witnessed not only the existence of old railway lines, but also of a Nazi underground industrial complex.
"There are new witnesses who talk about the existence of an old former German railway line, as well as an underground factory and a hidden industrial complex," Koper told the local Internet portal walbrzych.dlawas.
Earlier, journalist Marcus Wallen described in his article for the Swedish newspaper Expressen how the largest Silesian castle of Książ and its territories were confiscated by the Nazis in 1944 and became a place for large-scale underground construction works.
According to the newspaper, it remains unknown whether the Germans managed to finish the construction project, and how far they had come forward in their plans. It is assumed, however, that the Nazi project was a huge underground city that later gave way to a large number of myths.
