Political Violence in North Carolina; Prop 61 in California Could Determine Pharma Prices Across the United States.

On this episode of "By Any Means Necessary" host Eugene Puryear is joined by Aurelia Williams, student at Georgia State and a political and social activist in Atlanta and Dr. Rodney Sadler, Jr. Associate Professor of Bible, Union Presbyterian Seminary and among other things is the NC NAACP chair for the Healthcare Committee to talk about the chances of post-election violence, the efforts of activists to disrupt the two party system, and inter-generational divides in Progressive movements.

In a special third part host Eugene Puryear is joined by Don Nielsen, Director, Government Relations at the California Nurses Association to talk about California’s Proposition 61 on this November’s election ballot. Proposition 61, the California Drug Price Relief Act, is a 2016 ballot initiative that will require the State of California to pay no more for prescription drugs than is paid for the same medication by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
