WARSAW (Sputnik) – The explosion occurred on Friday evening in the north of Warsaw, Telewizja Polska (TVP) said, adding that a home-made explosive device was set up at one of the apartment doors on the third floor of a four-story residential building.
Police told TVP that there were no reasons to believe that the blast was a terrorist attack.
About 100 people were evacuated from the residential building.
According to TVP, the reason behind the explosion could be a gang conflict.
