NOVO-OGARYOVO (Moscow Region) (Sputnik) Earlier in the day, Putin held a meeting with Aeroflot CEO Vitaliy Saveliev. In the course of it, Saveliev asked the Russian leader to support the proposal to take measures regarding passengers who had violated the company's rules. The restrictions could include fines as well as ban to board the airlines' planes.

"I will support your proposal, it should have been done long ago," Putin said.

In June, Saveliev told journalists that Aeroflot had proposed to introduce blacklists for troublemakers and criminal sentence for physical mutilation of the crew and to increase fines for passengers' misbehavior.
