US Threatens to Suspend Engagement With Russia in Syria Over Aleppo Situation
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — He added that with the ceasefire established, a collective surveillance mechanism proposed by France could be established.

"We propose to discuss a resolution to actually reach a ceasefire in Aleppo, and that resolution will make everyone face up to their responsibilities. Those who abstain from voting will risk being considered complicit in war crimes," Ayrault said in his speech at the National Assembly.

Ayrault stressed that Aleppo would not share the fate of Guernica, a town heavily bombed during the Spanish Civil War.
