United Russia Leads Parliament Poll With 54.21%, 203 Single Member Candidates
05:46 GMT 19.09.2016 (Updated: 05:47 GMT 19.09.2016) The ruling United Russia party has won 54.21 percent of the votes and 203 out of 225 single-member constituency candidates in the Russian parliamentary elections, the Central Election Commission said Monday after counting 90 percent of the ballots.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The Communist Party gained 13.53 percent of the votes, the Liberal Democrats party has 13.28 percent, while A Just Russia won 6.19 percent.
Turnout was estimated at 47.99 percent.
