KIEV (Sputnik) – It was noted that the comments were made by Minister Oleksandr Danyliuk at the opening of Ukraine Investor Day organized by Dragon Capital in London.
"Among other positive signals to investors, the minister noted that Ukraine has fulfilled all its obligations to provide $1 billion under the guarantee of the United States, and that we expect the money before the end of the month," the ministry said in a Facebook post.
