THESSALONIKI (Sputnik) – The first day of the forum, held within the framework of an international exhibition, will be devoted to agricultural cooperation between Russia and Greece. On Saturday, Russian and Greek companies are expected to sign a number of bilateral agreements.

Sunday will be devoted to energy and modern technology. A Russian delegation is expected to visit Greek companies that are working on the development of solar cells.

In May, Russia and Greece adopted a declaration on strengthening bilateral ties during a visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Athens. A joint intergovernmental declaration on economic partnership was also signed during that visit.
