ANKARA (Sputnik) —Meanwhile, the Turkish armed forces, backed by the US-led coalition aircraft, launched a campaign dubbed "Euphrates Shield" to clear Jarablus of terrorists in the early hours of Wednesday.
"We have agreed with Turkey on a strategy and methods to fight Daesh. The region is on the verge of major changes," Barzani said, as cited by NTV.
