RIO DE JANEIRO (Sputnik) – Earlier in the day, Ramonov defeated Uzbek wrestler Ikhtiyor Navruzov in a semi-final match, guaranteeing himself at least a silver Olympic medal.

The Russian wrestler will battle for a gold medal against Azeri athlete Toghrul Asgarov.
