Vitalina Batsarashkina, a 19-year-old shooter from Russia, came second in women's 10m air pistol shooting followed the 199.4-point result of China's Zhang Mengxue, scoring 197.1 points and won a silver medal at the Rio Olympic Games.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Vitalina Batsarashkina, a 19-year-old shooter from Russia, won a silver medal in women's 10m air pistol shooting at the Rio Olympic Games on Sunday.

Batsarashkina followed the 199.4-point result of China's Zhang Mengxue, scoring 197.1 points. Anna Korakaki from Greece won a bronze medal with 177.1 points.

The medal became the second for Russia after Beslan Mudranov won gold in the Men's 60 kg judo on Saturday.
