India Not Even Discussing Joint Patrol in South China Sea With US
The Indian state of Kashmir is a bone of contention between India and Pakistan but the recent unrest in Kashmir has fueled the fire further. India has blamed Pakistan for inciting the unrest in Kashmir while Pakistan is trying to internationalize the Kashmir issue and has been signaling support for Kashmiri separatists.

In the latest round of trouble which started after India eliminated Kashmiri terrorist Burhaan Wani, 47 people lost their lives and around 5,500 were injured after 17 days of unrest in the Kashmir valley.

This has led to another battle in courts where Pakistani advocate Abdul Hameed filed the petition in the Lahore High Court on the grounds that innocent people were killed in Kashmir on the orders of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

According to Abdul Hameed, the court is requested to order an FIR against Modi under the murder and terrorism sections of Pakistan's Penal Code and Anti-Terrorism Act.

The petition filed by Pakistani attorney Abdul Hameed is likely to be in retaliation to the one that has been filed in the Indian court against Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for hatching a conspiracy to provoke riots in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

Earlier, President of Anti-Terrorist Front of India, Viresh Shandily, had filed a petition in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate in Ambala in the Indian state of Haryana.
