In the latest round of trouble which started after India eliminated Kashmiri terrorist Burhaan Wani, 47 people lost their lives and around 5,500 were injured after 17 days of unrest in the Kashmir valley.
This has led to another battle in courts where Pakistani advocate Abdul Hameed filed the petition in the Lahore High Court on the grounds that innocent people were killed in Kashmir on the orders of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The petition filed by Pakistani attorney Abdul Hameed is likely to be in retaliation to the one that has been filed in the Indian court against Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for hatching a conspiracy to provoke riots in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
Earlier, President of Anti-Terrorist Front of India, Viresh Shandily, had filed a petition in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate in Ambala in the Indian state of Haryana.
