In the aftermath of Friday’s shooting, German police posted a tweet asking people to send videos or photos of the Munich shooting, and asked that people refrain from publishing those materials online.

The tweet contains a link to a form where people can attach photos or videos, along with name, address, email and other personal information, if they so choose.

The form reads, in part, "If you happen to have taken photographs or made video or audio recordings from the scene of incident or the wide-ranging surroundings from the date 22nd July 2016, 5:30 pm we kindly ask you to make them available to the police via this upload form as soon as possible…Thank you for support."

The shooting took place at Munich shopping mall Thursday. At least 10 people were killed in the gun attack and at least 20 hospitalized. German Newspapers have reported that one of the shooters committed suicide and authorities are saying there's a high probability there was only one shooter, after reports of multiple shooters throughout the day.
