The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) wants Russian athletes to be banned from international championships until the country’s doping culture changes, WADA spokesman Ben Nichols said Monday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — An independent commission led by Canadian law professor Richard McLaren presented its findings today claiming that Russia ran a state-sponsored doping program.

"WADA calls on Sport Movement to deny Russian athletes participation at international [competitions] including Rio until ‘culture change’ achieved," Nichols tweeted.
