MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Germany’s Foreign Office and diplomatic missions in France are working in close contact with French authorities after the deadly truck attack in Nice, the office spokeswoman told Sputnik earlier.
"On the part of the Federal Republic of Germany, no internal controls of the borders with France have been reinstated. Security agencies continue to gather information," Kock said.
On Thursday evening, a heavy truck hit a crowd celebrating the Bastille Day in southern France, killing 84 revellers and wounding dozens more. French President Francois Hollande said it was undeniably a terrorist assault.
