Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan to Take Part in NATO Summit in Warsaw
CHISINAU (Sputnik) — Romania's President Klaus Iohannis is expected to take part in the alliance's summit, that will take place in Poland on July 8-9.

"Romania supports… NATO's efforts to strengthen the defense capability of the alliance's partners. In this context, within the framework of NATO summit, a special attention will be paid to the expansion of NATO cooperation with eastern partners, in particular, with Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova," the statement said.

The NATO summit is expected to endorse the decision made at the alliance's defense ministers' meeting in June to deploy four multinational battalions to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland with some 800-1,200 troops in each unit.
