MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's letter to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin included both an expression of regret and an apology for downing a Russian jet, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Tuesday.
