MOSCOW (Sputnik) Russia's tax system will be adjusted in order to not only collect money for the budget, but also stimulate non-primary production, Russian Prime Minsiter Dmitry Medvedev said Monday.

"We will adjust the tax system, so that it not only collects money for the budget, but also stimulates the creation of promising competitive products and services outside the primary sector," Medvedev said at a United Russia party congress.
