BEIJING (Sputnik) — Russian Railways and China Railway signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation deal on Saturday.
Russia and China have also signed a framework agreement on the localization of the manufacturing of the rolling stock in Russia.
The document was signed by the heads of the companies.
The Russian governmental delegation headed by President Vladimir Putin is on the official visit to China.
