Throw Away Your Mosquito Net: Study Finds Cure for Cancer in Malaria
According to the newspaper a company employee was bitten by exactly this kind of bloodsucking insect during a 2012 business trip to India.

After returning to Russia the man was diagnosed with malaria. Ten months later he had a complication and received permanent disability.

According to the newspaper, the man’s bosses refused to accept the fact that their worker had suffered the tragic accident while being on the job.

“The accident mishap was not duly investigated by the employer on whose premises it happened <…> neither were any documents presented and examined proving the plaintiff’s temporary disability,” the newspaper quoted the company’s court representative.

The judge eventually sided with the plaintiff citing a pertinent provision of the Russian Labor Code, which obliges the employer to ensure safe labor condition for his workers.
