20:57 GMT 29.03.2016 (Updated: 22:09 GMT 29.03.2016) At least one person was killed and two were injured in an explosion of an interior troops convoy near the Russian city of Makhachkala, the Russian Interior Ministry for Dagestan said on Tuesday.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Earlier Tuesday, two vehicles in a convoy of Russian interior troops were destroyed in the Dagestan region as a result of an explosion caused by a roadside bomb.
"As a result of explosion of two vehicles… one police officer was killed, two were wounded, an investigative team is working on the scene," the ministry’s press service told RIA Novosti.
