Head of the Syrian Kurds representative office in Moscow said that Syrian Kurds will work toward self-governance in spite of lacking recognition by the international community.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) Syrian Kurds will work toward self-governance in spite of lacking recognition by the international community, Rodi Osman, the head of the Syrian Kurds representative office in Moscow, said Monday.

"Syrian Kurds will develop self-governance despite of a lack of recognition from all sides," Osman told reporters.
