WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The company will display its air and missile defense sensors and command-and-control programs including the Air and Missile Defense Workstation as well as Counter-Rocket, Artillery and Mortar system, the release pointed out.
"Northrop Grumman Corporation is showcasing key defense capabilities during the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Global Force Symposium, taking place March 15-17 at the Von Braun Center."
Other equipment on display will include the "Forward Area Air Defense Command and Control (FAAD C2) system; Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System (IBCS); and the Joint Tactical Ground Station (JTAGS)," the release added.
The weapons are some of the latest and most effective designed to counter threats to US Army forces, including from aircraft, helicopters and ballistic missiles, according to the news release.
