Don't believe what has been said. It maybe more or less a plan to run to leave those weapons for the Al Nusra terrorist group. Losing base do happen in bettle but before a base fail, fighting must be so intensify that nearly all war equiptments are either destroyed or damaged. Not just that, but in real war, plan to destroy those equiptments also in place if and when necessary, not only destroyed, but easily be used or set as booby traps for those Al Nusra to dig in surprise. But, if they just run and leave everything and anything behind? It was a pre-plan to leave those tow missiles for Al Nusra.

Al-Nusra Front also kidnapped many of Division 13's members, according to reports from AFP.
The two groups previously had a much closer alliance, during which they captured Syria's Idlib province in 2015. However the al-Qaeda affiliate's more radical stance on affairs led to growing tensions, which previously the FSA's iconic propaganda mouthpiece.
