MOSCOW (Sputnik) — UK Prime Minister David Cameron on Sunday expressed his horror over the recent deadly explosion in Ankara that claimed 34 lives.
Sunday was marked by two lethal attacks in Turkey and in the Ivory Coast, in West Africa.
A string of gun attacks at three hotels in the Ivory Coast’s beach resort city of Grand Bassam killed 16 people and was claimed by a local al-Qaeda branch, according to US broadcaster CNN.
No one has yet claimed the bombing at a bus stop near Ankara’s central Kizilay square, which wounded further 125 people, of whom 19 are in serious condition.
