Russia's Sukhoi Developing Sixth-Generation Fighter
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Earlier in the day, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said that Sukhoi aicraft manufacturer has begun the development of a sixth-generation fighter jet.

"If we stop now, we will stop forever. Work is underway on a sixth and a seventh [generation]. I do not have the right to say much more," Bondarev said.

Earlier, Viktor Bondarev said that the Sukhoi PAK FA, also known as T-50, will be able to outduel America’s F-22 and F-35 fifth generation fighter jets.

The Sukhoi PAK FA fighter jet is ready to go into production next year, and is to some degree a flying robot, which renders the pilot a part of the plane’s control system. Fifty-five PAK FA jets will be delivered to the Russian Air Force by 2020.
