BEIRUT (Sputnik) – The death toll of double explosions in the Syrian city of Homs has risen to 46, while over 110 people have been hospitalized, a member of staff of the city’s central hospital said Sunday.
"Another 20 bodies of victims were brought to the hospital, the number of casualties stands at 46, 115 are injured," the hospital employee told RIA Novosti.

According to the police, the extremists parked their cars opposite each other at a crossroads. The law enforcers believe that the explosions were supposed to be carried out separately to attract large crowds, but the first blast triggered the second.
