MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russia will ask the United States and the European Union to give a legal qualification to Ukraine’s blocking deliveries of energy and cargo to the Crimean Peninsula, Russia’s envoy to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe said Friday.
“It would be also interesting to know from our colleagues, and we are directly addressing the representatives of the United States, Turkey, and the countries of the European Union, what legal qualification would their law enforcement organs give to the facts of exploding electrical power lines or blocking cargo routes,” Alexander Lukashevich said.
