MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to Transparency International, Russia’s Corruption Perceptions Index score was 29, a 2-point improvement from its 2014 rating of 2014 and a 1-point improvement over its rating in 2013 and 2012.
The country’s corruption score indicates its perceived level of public sector corruption on a scale of 0 (highly corrupt) to 100 (very clean).
On Wednesday, Transparency International published its annual Corruption Perceptions Index. Northern European countries and New Zealand were branded the least corrupt in the world.
