MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The Iranian Supreme Leader's top adviser on international affairs, Ali Akbar Velayati, will visit Russia on February 1-4 to discuss bilateral relations and regional issues, the Iranian Embassy in Moscow said Monday.
"Doctor Velayati, Iranian Supreme Leader [Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's] Top Adviser on International Affairs will visit Moscow on February 1-4, where he plans to meet with high-ranking Russian officials. The sides are expected to exchange opinions and discuss the situation in the region, as well as bilateral relations," embassy's press service told RIA Novosti.
