PARIS (Sputnik) – French President Francois Hollande said Thursday he believes the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements on Ukrainian reconciliation needs to be hastened.
“We need to move more quickly and put life into the entire package of the Minsk agreements,” Hollande said during a speech before French and foreign diplomats in Paris.
