MOSCOW, January 20 (Sputnik) – On Tuesday, former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin threw her weight behind the outspoken real-estate mogul, urging voters to risk their reputations for him.
"I haven't discussed anything with her about what she'd do, but she's somebody I really like and I respect, and certainly she could play a position if she wanted to," Trump told Savannah Guthrie on NBC's channel "Today" show.
He added that, however, he had not thought about possible vice presidential candidates as yet.
The United States will elect a new president this November. Despite his controversial remarks on migration, Trump leads other Republican hopefuls in opinion polls.
