The United States and Cuba have agreed to re-establish direct mail services several times a week after restoring diplomatic relations earlier in the year, the US Department of State confirmed in a statement on Friday.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The State Department explained that mail flights would be conducted “several times a week” rather than having to go through a third country to conduct postal services.
