According to the Donetsk transport minister, due to economic reasons the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic suspended all coal deliveries to the rest of the country.

Donetsk units have delivered nine 82mm-caliber mortars to the site of their further storage in the neighborhood of Illovaisk. Under the Minsk accords, the Donetsk People's Republic has accomplished its under-100mm-caliber artillery withdrawal from the contact line - Sputnik International

DONETSK (Sputnik) — The self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) is suspending all coal deliveries to Kiev-controlled territories in Ukraine, DPR Transport Minister Semen Kuzmenko said Tuesday.

"We are suspending all coal deliveries to Ukraine <…> As far as I am concerned, the talks have come to a dead end, the situation is likely to worsen," Kuzmenko told RIA Novosti.

The minister added that the move was prompted "primarily by economic reasons."
