GENEVA (Sputnik) – Officials from the United States, Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Lebanon and Turkey, as well as the European Union, will take part in talks on Syrian conflict settlement in Vienna, Austria on October 30, according to the US State Department.
"The United Nations Special Envoy for Syria, Mr. Staffan de Mistura, will be representing the Secretary General at the Vienna Conference on Syria, this coming Friday, 30 October 2015," Jessy Chahine told reporters.
