18:26 GMT 27.10.2015 (Updated: 19:02 GMT 03.11.2022) Russian President Vladimir Putin and Syrian President Bashar Assad discussed during their recent meeting contacts with a wide range of Syrian political forces that have no ties with terrorists, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Tuesday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Assad met with Putin in Moscow last week in his first foreign visit since 2011.
"The issues of political settlement in the course of contacts with a wide range of forces that are not linked with terrorism and extremism were certainly on the agenda," Peskov told reporters in Moscow.
