The dashcam footage shows what at first appears to be regular traffic on a highway in San Bernardino, California. A woman identified as Jasmine Lacey was driving a Hyandai right in front of the vehicle with the dashcam. For an unknown reason, Lacey suddenly decides to slam her breaks and jump out of the car in the middle of the road.
She then very casually begins to take a stroll on the sidewalk as her car rolls into the opposite traffic lane and crashes into two SUVs.
Lacey was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, but was later released due to insufficient evidence, according to the San Gabriel Valley Tribune. The drivers of the two SUVs in the crash only suffered minor injuries.
