Ouch! Motorcycle Rider Probably Has Road Rage Regret

A motorcyclist in Fitchburg, Massachusetts tries to attack an SUV driver on the road, but has the tables turned on him.

The incident was captured on video by Phil Ford and his 11-year old daughter, who were driving behind both the motorcycle and the SUV. According to Ford, the motorcyclist was driving recklessly and cut off the SUV. The SUV driver then forced the biker to swerve, and the road rage only gets more intense from there.

Ford's camera captured as they both pull over on the side of the road, and the cyclist step off his bike and head towards the car. As he approaches the car, the cyclist has his hand behind his back, giving the impression that he is carrying a gun. The driver opens the door and the two men appear to be arguing before the cyclist begins to attack him. He then starts to walk away when the driver follows him, this time surprising him with a bat and beating him to the ground.

The SUV driver, later identified as Luis Ramos, voluntarily walked into the Police Department the following day to give his account of the incident.

"The dude was acting like he had a gun. I'm not positive. I can't say he did," he told a reporter later. He apologized for the "overreaction," but maintained that he was trying to defend himself from the erratic driver. He was not charged with assault.
