Sajdik Officially Appointed as New OSCE Envoy at Contact Group on Ukraine

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe's (OSCE) Chairperson-in-Office Ivica Dacic officially appointed Martin Sajdik as the new representative at the Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine on Monday.

BELGRADE (Sputnik) — Swiss diplomat Heidi Tagliavini, who earlier represented the OSCE at the talks, announced resignation in early June.

“Ambassador Sajdik is a very experienced diplomat with a broad scope of knowledge, ranging from international law to multilateral affairs, and we are very glad to welcome him to the team,” OSCE quoted Dacic as saying in a statement.
