MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Tactical exercises using S-400 missile defense systems (Growler) will for the first time take place in the Republic of Buryatia in southeastern Russia, Eastern Military District spokesman Col. Alexander Gordeyev said Monday.
“During the practical phase of the event, anti-aircraft units of the regional air defense troops will, for the first time on the Telemba Range [in Buryatia], hold tactical exercises with live fire from S-400 missiles,” Gordeyev said.
