MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The servicemen of Russia's Eastern Military District will participate in tactical exercises involving combat missile launches using new Iskander-M systems in September, the district's press service announced Friday.
"Staff of the rocket division of the Eastern Military District stationed in Buryatia [Russian Siberian republic] completed the theoretical training for the use of the new Iskander-M systems. The training will finish this September with tactical exercises with combat missile launches," the statement said.
