The 22-year-old student at Southern Illinois University is pursuing a triple major. When he's not studying, he apparently likes to make his own lasers, and is known as the "D.I.Y Laser Guy" on YouTube.
In this video, he puts together a demonstration of his latest 40 watt laser gun.
"There's no NO good reason for someone to own something this possible," Anthony admits in his video. "But because it wasn't illegal for me to build, I decided to build it anyways.
