Putin Expresses Concern to Hollande, Merkel Over Kiev's Shelling in Donbass

Russian President Putin expressed concern over the increasing shelling of civilian targets by Ukrainian security forces, resulting in deaths of civilians.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russian President Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande, during which he voiced concern over increased shelling of civilian targets by Kiev-led forces in eastern Ukraine, the Kremlin press service said Friday.

“The Russian side expressed concern about the increasing shelling of civilian targets by Ukrainian security forces, resulting in deaths of civilians.”

OSCE Reports Kiev Violating Minsk Accord
On Thursday, Russian Investigative Committee launched a probe into the Tuesday shelling of eastern Ukrainian city of Gorlovka that left three civilians, including a 11-year-old girl, dead. 

Earlier on Friday, Lugansk pro-independence militia said that during the last week Kiev forces had violated the truce 30 times, killing one and injuring six people.
